If you are an artist looking for representation, the first thing you should do to get our attention is follow ALL of our social media accounts, then send us a message with info about yourself and links. Understand we receive a lot of messages, and may take a while to respond. We will contact you if we are interested.

Please note that we are a small label with limited resources, and we rarely work with artists we haven’t gotten to know first. If we don’t know you, one way you can break through that door is to record your next project at our affiliated recording studio AD1. While that definitely won’t guarantee you’ll be a good fit for Audiodose Records, it will at least introduce you to our team, while getting you some top quality product in the process. USA: 3-5 business days
Canada: 5-10 business days
World: 10-20 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

If your order never arrived:

If your order never arrived, please let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

If the shipping address was correct, contact us noting your order number. We’ll see what can be done.

Returns policy:

If an item arrives to you damaged, or you believe your order is incorrect, please get in touch with us within a week’s time. Contact us and we’ll let you know what your next steps are. All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
